Often the time between purchasing a chair and being able to actually sit on it, is frustratingly long, so we have decided to put together a collection of chairs and sofas which have already been overhauled by our cabinet maker, re-upholstered and finished to the calico stage, so that they are ready for the final fabric.  Not only does this mean that within a week of buying your chair or sofa you will be able to enjoy the finished piece, but it also gives you a more accurate indication of the final cost.

To get the chair to calico stage  it will be have been assessed by the upholstery team, so  the cost to finish it and the fabric requirement can be indicated on the ticket.  Clearly, there is no obligation to engage our uphosterers to top-cover your chair or sofa, but the aim of this information is to give you an accurate idea of the likely cost.  This new approach will keep the turn around time to a minimum and hopefully make buying chairs and sofas much simpler.   We also have a sale-price FERMOIE and Nicole Fabre linens.
