A RARE REGENCY BURR OAK SECRETAIRE BOOKCASE

A fine and rare Regency burr oak secretaire bookcase. The piece features lovely diamond shaped veneers to the fold over writing flap, original fitted drawer with ink bottles, and a lead lined cellarette drawer, beside a single cupboard. There is a brass gallery to the top shelf and the whole piece is standing on unusual ribbed bun feet. Circa 1820
