An outstanding 19th century, Ebony, Gilt Bronze and Pewter Writing table with wonderful Gilt Bronze Masks in the French Regence style. Each side features Pewter inlaid panels of swags and Brass flowers. The table stands on Brass inlaid tapering Triangular Cabriole legs terminating with Gilt Bronze Sabots Although this piece doesn't appear to be signed the quality of the table would indicate it was made by a top 19th Cabinet maker.
